Leon and Janet Russell opened their first location in Galatia, Illinois. Russell Oil Company has grown to 14 ROC One Stop Convenience Stores, Eldorado Spirits, Harrisburg Furniture, Downtown Auto Sales, Interstate Furniture, Eldorado Hardware and ROC Rentals.
